From his experience, he saw the opportunity to provide a better service to clients than the industry norm. With this vision to make a difference, Charlotte Altenburg - Administration Manager Charlotte has always worked within office administration, she excelled in this subject at school and studied further in this area after leaving school. Charlotte has managed administration offices for the last 13 years, taking a short break in 2004 to have a set of twin boys. She has worked for various companies in the Christchurch area before joining the team at MWF, where she now enjoys the culture of the company. Jack Zondag - Sales Manager Jack has been with MWF since 2004 and involved in Commercial Interiors and Joinery for the last 24 years including roles such as Factory Manager, Project Manager, Sales and now at MWF as the Quantity Surveyor / Estimator. In Jack's spare time he enjoys mountain biking and renovating his home. Luke Carey - Setout Luke has been working for MWF for over 12 years after returning from the United Kingdom. Luke started as an assistant tradesman and has experienced all aspects of the joinery industry before becoming the senior CNC programmer. Luke uses the latest technology to convert conceptual plans from the clients and architects into drawings and language compatible with the CNC machine. In the spare time Luke enjoys spending time with his family and surfing. Wayne Melrose - Setout Manager Wayne has been involved in the kitchen and joinery industry for the last 30 years, starting off with a joinery apprenticeship and progressing to roles such as Production Manager, IT Manager and now in a position at MWF involved in sales and estimating. He is a keen golfer during his leisure time and loves to follow the Crusaders! Rob Foor - Contracts Manager Rob joined MWF Manufacturing in 2007 as a Contracts Manager. Rob has 22 years experience in the joinery industry and enjoys working with architects and designers to complete the desired product for the client. In his spare time he enjoys spending time with family. Sam Montgomery - Cabinet Maker Sam has been working at MWF Manufacturing for two years, he originally started at MWF to gain work experience, then stayed on to complete his Cabinet Making apprenticeship, which he has just proudly completed in December 2008. Sam enjoys working with our clients and also assists part time as the factory cleaner. Jonathan Hunter - Sales Jonathan is from Port Elizabeth, South Africa. He joined MWF Manufacturing in March 2008 where he brings to the company 7 years of experience. He previously owned his own company back in South Africa prior to coming to New Zealand.
