Every great team has an extraordinary leader and Gary Altenburg heads our team. A qualified joiner with top honours from Southland Polytechnic and a graduate of the Icehouse Programme, Gary brings to the business the best in cutting edge management practices.
Sharing experiences and working together to achieve goals is what Gary is all about. He has taken his joinery trade, experience in business and passion for individual and team development to create this flourishing workplace and well resepected, world class business.

In addition to having fun at work, we also build our team culture by having an active social club where we take turns to organise regular fun activities. Whether its paintball, car racing, adventure climbing, or snowboarding, fun is the key factor and our families are always welcome. We also enjoy participating in community fundraising and sporting events. Often MWF will sponsor us in these with entry fees, team kit and after BBQs.
